Memora Echo ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, your rights, and specifically what personal data is shared with third-party AI services.
Account information: When you create an account we collect your email address and, if you sign in with Google, your Google profile name and email.
Memorial profile: The name, relationship, age, and personality notes you enter about your loved one.
Voice recordings: Audio clips you upload to clone your loved one's voice.
Photos and videos: Images and video clips you upload to animate your loved one's likeness.
Conversation messages: Text and voice messages exchanged in the app.
Payment information: Subscription payments are processed by Apple (via In-App Purchase) or Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
To provide the core experience, we transmit certain personal data to the following third-party AI providers. By using Memora Echo you consent to this sharing. You are asked to confirm this consent the first time you open the app.

None of these providers use your personal data to train their general AI models without your separate consent with them. We do not sell your personal information to any third party.
Your account data is retained for as long as your account is active. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at alindsey9546@gmail.com, and we will delete your data within 30 days.
Memora Echo is intended for users 17 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing us at alindsey9546@gmail.com.
We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit (HTTPS) and at rest. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we take reasonable precautions to protect your information.
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the new policy on this page with an updated date.
